Panzerotti is a much-loved speciality from Puglia, often enjoyed in good company as part of Italy’s vibrant street food culture. For one night, we’re recreating this tradition with freshly made panzerotti, prepared on-site using high-quality ingredients and a classic Apulian recipe.
